Mt. Manaslu Golden Jubilee Expedition, 2006.

 

Manaslu is the highest peak of the Gurkha, and is the eighth highest mountain in the world. It is located about forty miles east of Annapurna. The mountain's long ridges and valley glaciers offer feasible approaches from all directions, and it culminates in a peak that towers steeply above its surrounding landscape, and is a dominant feature when seen from afar. Cost Includes

  • Peak Permit fee of Mt. Manaslu
  • Hotel accommodation, 5 nights, on a twin sharing basis, bed & breakfast plan in Kathmandu in a tourist class hotel.
  • Transportation as per itinerary, for members, staff, Liaison Officer and expedition cargo.
  • National Park entry fee and trekking permit.
  • 3 porters to / from base camp to carry members’ personal equipment. (Extra luggage will be charged at US$ 2 p/kg)
  • Porters to carry base camp foods, fuel and camping equipment.
  • Full board during trekking and at base camp.
  • All kitchen and dinning equipment, kitchen tent, dinning tent, toilet tent, chairs and tables at base camp.
  • Solar panel and battery at base camp for light.
  • Service of Sardar, cook and kitchen boy.
  • Base camp sleeping tent for members, staff and Liaison Officer.
  • Equipment allowance, daily allowance and insurance for Liaison Officer.
  • Equipment allowance, daily allowance and insurance for base camp staff.
