It is one of the attractive treks of Bhutan .The trek begins from Paro and follows the old trade rout to Tibet and then we move ahead to northward through the valleys of Lingshi & Chebisa and the panoramic Laya. From Laya, the trek turns to Gasa which is south to Laya.The ending point of the trek is Punakha.We will arrange our camping at the base of beautiful peaks such as Jumolhari, Tsherim Gang, Jichu Drake, Great Tiger Mountain and several other peaks. We trek through the isolated, unique & traditionally rich villages of Chebisa and Laya. Wild animals like Takin, Blue sheep, Snow leopard, etc. can be seen on the way. The trek offers unique experience to the trekkers.
Day to Day Itinerary
Day 01
Arrival at Tribhuvan International Airport (TIA). Transfer to a hotel.
Day 02
Full day sightseeing in Kathmandu valley. Dinner will be served in the hotel.
Day 03
We take early flight to Paro from TIA. In the afternoon, we go for sightseeing in Paro. Overnight in a hotel.
Day 04
Today, we begin our trek from Paro and camp at Shana.
Day 05
After having food, we trek to Soi Thangthaka. Dinner will be served in the camp.
Day 06
From Soi Thangthaka, we trek to Jangothang. Overnight in the camp.
Day 07
Today we halt at Jangothang for acclimatization and excursion. Rest in the camp.
Day 08
We start early trek to Lingshi. Overnight in Lingshi.
Day 09
From Lingshi, we trek to Chebisa. Dinner will be served in the camp.
Day 10
We commence our trek from Chebisa today and overnight at Shomuthang
Day 11
As early as possible, today, we trek to Robluthang from Shomuthang.
Day 12
We trek to Limithang from Robluthang. Overnight in the camp.
Day 13
It is the day to trek to Laya. Overnight in the camp.
Day 14
Today, we halt at Laya to experience Bhutanese culture. A cultural program will be arranged by the natives.
Day 15
We start our early trek to Koena from Laya. Overnight in the camp.
Day 16
It is our turn today to trek to Gasa. Dinner will be served in the evening.
Day 17
We go to Gasa Hot Spring today. Return to the camp.
Day 18
Today, we trek to Goen Damji. Overnight in the camp.
Day 19
We trek to Tashithang & drive to Punakha. Overnight in a hotel.
Day 20
We take early drive to Thimphu and sightseeing in the afternoon. Overnight in a hotel.
Day 21
We go for sightseeing in the morning and in the afternoon, we drive to Paro.
Day 22
Early in the morning, we take our flight to Kathmandu. Sightseeing in the afternoon.
Day 23
Back to home destination.
